About me

I'm Lisa and I'm passionate about travel. I've been planning and booking my own trips and holidays for over 30 years. From the early days backpacking in South-east Asia and South America,  to city breaks in Marrakech and Porto, spending Christmas in Miami to touring Sicily, I love it all! 

I also write about travel for a large tour company, so I do tonnes of research about destinations across the world. If I haven't been, then chances are I still have some knowledge about a place. Safaris in South Africa? Food tours in Laos? Over-water villas in the Maldives?  I've got you. 

When I'm not getting on a plane you'll find me in my campervan - I love a road trip and often think it's one of the best ways to see more of a country.
